Bypassing Burnout - For Building Stress Resilience

In this six hour workshop participants will discover strategies for building strength in relationship to stressors.

Our day starts at 10am with mindfully eating snacks. Snacks and a lunch will be provided during the day.
In addition to mindful eating, this workshop will include lectures, Q&A, a short meditation and an "at your desk" style stretching/yoga routine. We will focus on creating strategies to address burnout.

You will take home a workbook and an action plan for addressing your own stressors.
